  3. Strategy: build the path

    We design the structures, workflows, and plans that connect today to that vision, specific enough that your team knows what to do on Monday.

  4. Follow-through: make it stick

    Plans fail in the handoff. We stay involved through implementation, equip your team with frameworks they can keep running, and check in on progress.
